What data we hold
When you connect Creatit to Facebook, we may store:
- Your Facebook user ID and display name
- Your Facebook Page access tokens
- Content, posts, and media you publish through Creatit to Facebook
- Analytics data associated with your Facebook Pages
How to request deletion
To delete all data associated with your Creatit account, send an email to:

Please include the email address linked to your Creatit account so we can locate and remove your data.
What happens next
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days
- All personal data tied to your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Facebook Page tokens and associated social data will also be revoked and removed
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Data we cannot delete
Certain data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records for legal compliance). We will inform you if this applies to your request.
